Broad Street Ministry Center

About Us

Broad Street Ministry Center is a benevolence ministry, a 501(c)(3), created to share the love of Jesus by meeting various individual and family needs. Our purpose is to share with the CSRA the gospel of Jesus through ministry evangelism. Ministry evangelism is best defined as meeting needs while sharing the love of Christ.

The second part of our purpose is to strive to provide a place where Christian churches, organizations, groups or individuals can serve through local missions. We carry out these purposes by meeting needs of individuals and families in our community. Currently we are serving 80 -110 families each week. Each family shows proof of eligibility (working poor, recently unemployed, seniors, disabled, college students and recently homeless).

We have the honor of helping families by providing 8-10 bags of groceries monthly,  clothing for men and women, distributing coats/blankets and other winter items, providing fans during hot months, Bible studies, hot meals, Vacation Bible School, Back to school bash/backpack distribution, Thanksgiving meal sponsorship, Christmas meal adoptions, prayer and discipleship.
