FOOD PANTRY - Abrahams Pantry

The food pantry is named “Abraham’s Place” from Genesis 22:1-8, “In the mount of the Lord it will be provided.”

The food pantry is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00—2:00 pm and one additional day a month.  BSMC serves a maximum of forty (40) families every shift, 80-110 weekly.

Food has provided numerous opportunities to introduce people to Jesus, and many positive relationships have been formed through the food pantry.  In 2018, over 150 individuals accepted Christ through this ministry alone.

Clients receive bags full of fresh produce, meat, canned and dried food, hygiene supplies, bread etc..

To participate in the food pantry, clients must fall into at least one of the following to be eligible for assistance: a senior adult, full or part time worker, unemployed for no longer than 12 months, disabled, a college student or homeless.
